A team from the University of Cambridge has found a new vaccine for tripanosma vivax. They have screened 39 protein in mice and found one which gives reasonably delay in the infection, and one wihwich, give u sterile protection. This is the first time that in a muring mondel we we get a tis levell of protection. But this has been tested with a particular species of trepanisome, so a trepan soma vivax. The idea is that your method to go through the genom could work for all the different tpanasome species.
