How to Write an Article for the Guardian
My dad is about 87 now and has bought the Guardian every day of his life since he's 20 so we're talking an absolute lifelong half a century loyalty to reading the entire newspaper every day. So when I was brought in to write for the Guardian years ago to do quite sort of you know for want of a better word sort of cool and trendy stuff I always thought well the people reading this possibly aren't paying for the Guardian my dad's been a loyal customer for 50 years. Even at a level like that I've got to get you to not put my article down until you've got to the end of it, doesn't matter what kind of band they are or where they live.
