Do You Know Your Lactate Threshold Zone?

The ideal way to determine your zone is to get a formal, proper lactat test that you can do in a lab most big cities or university towns. I've found that doing five one mile repeats gets us pretty close to what's called threshold heart rate. And around there, your anerobic, asold anerobic threshold, others know it as lactate threshold. That's my zone too, at least it was a while ago.
