The Importance of Balance in Work
The neoliberal way of working is so profoundly sold to us in a certain way that it will bleed into every other part of your life. It's almost like unless you have the severance done you can never raise your kids or it becomes an utter uphill battle to raise your kids outside of optimization out. The idea that you could go home and actually not have those demands there until you get up but you'll never know what you're doingWhat do you do with it? I found that to be one of the just like that whole framing device a deeper criticism than so often how it's done because most people think there is a solution in our current system to work life balance.
