Alicia Wilkinson Testified at the Pretrial Hearing

Tracy Wilkinson was not called as a witness at the trial. She now believed Janell was the victim of a satanic cult killing and was murdered by six other people. Tracey waited four years to come forward, her story had changed since she testified in pre-trial. Alicia denied having any knowledge of the murder or any knowledge about the disposal of the body. The judge ordered there was enough evidence to proceed with a full trial. Some believed it shouldn't have been held on Norfolk Island as it was impossible to run a fair trial. But the law made it clear that there was no other possibility. Trial started on 1 February 2007.
