How do you structure a deal like that? Do they put up money or are you paying them a salary? Obviously, there's probably equity involved because you want an incentive. But how would you structure something like that? Yeah, so there was a decent salary, certainly not the highest salary that our competitors were paying. But we made up for the slightly lower salary with equity. Start off as 5%. And then that 5% grew over time. It grew over time as her contribution to the business grew.
