Cop 26 - What's Going On?
You get to consensus with great difficulty. How how do we actually get to any kind of consensus base decision making? Article six is certainly one of the biggest issues on the table here, and it has been several editions of cop since the pars agreements reached in 20 15. There are a few long standing disputes that have held up article six from being put in place properly. I do think there's sense that they really want to get a deal in this time, because it's fallen apart a couple of times previously. And i'm sensing some degree of optimism among negotiators about landing on some article six. But of course, if they do, does it have the integrity to hold up well and contribute
