Most dogs think most of the time when that handler comes up, that means the party's going to end. So what will happen is that dog will hear the handler coming and go rut ro. First thing you know, they will start trying to spin around and interpose the decoy between them and the handler. It makes it harder for the handler to then remove them from the bite because in many parts of early training, you actually don't cue the release. And then all of a sudden the frustration and you build them up and then they get another opportunity. Yeah, this is the time.
