Is the Market Getting More Overvalued?

We would need to see valuations come down significantly. Right now, even if we had a soft landing, we would consider the market to be pretty fairly valued. We'd also like to see more capitulation on the part of investors. It's been a very steady decline without any real spike in volatilitylike you would typically have.
