For a while most of Latin America was COD and always had it explained to me that it was kind of like They like to pay with cash because the inflation problem that they liked to keep cash more than in the bank And I don't trust the banking system a lot of times. There still is some COD for sure. It depends on the delivery window of the goods. Mercado Libre and Amazon deliver like unsurprisingly fast, but like say you earn order furniture from magazine, Luisa, and it's going to get delivered two weeks from now You want to settle up at point of delivery, not at point of order because of that currency fluctuation or where at least you did.
