i came up with like four steps to help people co work, reduce the shoods and work on what they actually can do. The first one is obsess and acknowledged understand your executive functioning strains and challenges. Nobody can do everything on their own. You show up when you work with others by staying in contact with them rather than avoiding enals calls and dead lines. And again, it's something to say: I'm doing my best... i'm really working on coming to meetings exactly as planned.
