How Do You Periodize Your Feelings for Workouts?

Amy, i'm somewhat a traditional in that way. I would say one of the biggest ciples that i follow with a feeling for workouts is actually following a periodized plan. During during base phases, i mean, im, you know, working on because intensity is significantly lower. In zone two work, the need for sugar in the body is actually less. And like i said, then adding that in as you get into that high specificity stuff is important.
