Is There a New Accounting Rule for Capital Allocation in the Public Sector?
We're in a different position than any insurance company I know of in the world. We will actually if we had a $12 billion loss except for the new accounting rule but would probably still have a reasonable profit that year. Walla Obermeyer, Obermeyer Wood Investment Council, Aspen, Colorado. Do you think there is a similar opportunity for outstanding capital allocation in the public sector at both the state and federal levels? If so what approach and or changes would you suggest for society to achieve these benefits? That's too tough. Warren: "I'm afraid I have nothing to add"
