The Impact of Meditation on Memory
Long ter meditators have been shown to have increased hippo campel volume. One of the reasons for that is probably because stress decreases hippocampal volume over time. What meditation does is it helps us improve our attention and decrease our distractions. And so it becomes much easier to hold those contents of your working memory together.
