The way little children act proves that we're born to be social, relational creatures. It's not that we lose that desire, it's that a whole bunch of stuff gets in the wayr our individualistic culture. The number of connections we have is not determined by how many followers we have on social media or how many people we might invite to holiday parties. We need more relationships where we can truly show ourselves as ourselves and receive love from others.
