The theoretical benefit here is that heads up c p r allows for venus blood to drain from the brain to the heart, thereby decreasing inter cranial pressure. The primary outcome was survival to hospital discharge, with secondary end points looking at rosk and favorable neurologic outcomes. There's a lot of problems here that makes me think we're not even close to instituting this anywhere outside of a study population.
