The Sarbanes Oxley Act and CEO Behaviors

In the latest episode of The Science of Personality Podcast, Ryne and Blake are joined by Dr. Aiyesha Dey, Associate Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School, to discuss CEO behavior. Aiyesha has done a tremendous amount of research on this topic, much of it focused on examining CEOs’ personal lives and how their behavior outside of the workplace can be quite predictive of how they will perform on the job.
