Zola is an example of how to think about the distributed talent in that model. Zola started out of Oxford and launched in Tanzania, but they realized very quickly that they actually needed to tap the best of the world. They built a operations center in Amsterdam to coordinate as they were working across different markets. And so they built this global operation to be able to do the end delivery to the customers they serve.
