How to Run a Marathon

I thought I would never be able to run. One of my, believe it or not, also psychologically, one of my highest like achievement back in the time was, I always wanted to do a sub three marathon. So now I brag about it. Like I do it every two weeks. And my next project, because you had once, I forgot her name, actually, it was it, it's my bad. She did the marathon, a sub-three marathon at math level and so I'm aiming for that now. There you go. Keep bringing that aerobic pace down.
