I was so hard on myself in my 20s that I didn't give myself the oxygen to feel any love or comfort from myself from others. So it was just a constant battle between self promote and self protect. None of us can look at ourselves completely objectively. There are blind spots. They're blind for reason. You can't see them. Surround yourself with people who will one get to know you and love you for who you are. And when they do tell you something that's the truth, just listen to them. That's it. It's super simple.
