The Importance of a Neutral Tone

You never know what people's reactions are to things, so think about your tone. We can use the verb seams with nouns and adjectives to try and introduce maybe a problem or an issue without it being too direct. And we could also use those kind of things in the past tense. For example, imagine somebody said, well, in the end, you're reflecting on a project. You'd say, well, shouldn't this have been done sooner? That's very different than saying, we're behind schedule.
