Is There Something I've Been Thinking About a Lot?

Nietzsche talks about it at the start of genealogy of morality. I think that part of what's going on in his work, and he's saying it's something that's lost, but it's like important. Iridescence is a big part of it, which is funny because there's a literal iridescence. And another thing that I did was about ten years ago, I had this problem with eating short-term gain by consuming too much chocolate. It ended up making my life really difficult because I got into this horrible cycle.
