The Importance of Transfer Learning in Machine Learning

This seems like a rather small corpuse of labeled data to work with. Would you agree? Is this a kind f on the smaller side of what might be ideal for building really industrial scale system it's true, i would say, for current deplerning models, a more training data would be better. But it's also very challenging, especially if it is human annotata data transemen has quite a long history and in the past, people have used the term transfer learning to refer to different things.
