The Unscientific Way of Training

Conditions were ideal at Western States it was cool yeah which is often quite rare and it's often a very hot event so the conditions as it was with the comrades this year very cool perfect. I still would love to do an interview with Courtney I think we must maybe revisit that and try and get her on the pod because she's a fascinating person just because she's so unbelievably unscientific about the way that she trains but it works for her.
