I saw this fascinating statistic about how the pendemic, one of the things that has gone up is whistle blowing among emplees. How much easier it is to fire people if you never actually have to run into them in the office? I can tell you, during pandemic time, my two children have sort of become imperialists and have suspanded their presence throughout the house. And so i think these are all things that maybe we're not thinking enough about. The other hand, if the answer is just, well, we need some hybrid approach, that's complicated too,.
