"This owl is clearly like it's a mascot. It's becoming a mascot on Instagram," he says. "People would just gather and go watch owl watching or like, you know, call people over who entire floors of this huge dorm would like come out and all like watch the owl together" He adds: "I think I would probably have steered clear of it just because I would be scared."
