The Importance of Food in the Mediterranean Diet

Food is for your brain as well as your body and the first proper trials of this were not done until 2017 which makes you kind of weak. People who score well on the Mediterranean diet are around half of great risk of developing depression and anxiety as those who eat more sort of junk food diet. The 5-2 diet essentially is a rapid weight loss diet and about 40 minutes per day so it's interesting how things are changed. olive oil was something I don't think we ever had in our cupboard in the 70s 80s or 90s probably but there are things that are changing which is great.
