William Curb: One of the harder aspects of ADHD is that we are constantly comparing ourselves to others in truly unhelpful ways. We don't actually need to know how we're doing, relatively speaking. It doesn't matter how well we're doing compared to John down the street. It matters how well we've done compared to ourselves. He says it's important for him to focus on what he can do and not try to find neurotypical solutions to his problems.
