In 1946, Haig met Dr. and Mrs. Henson who were selling their house in Central London. He offered them 10,500 pounds for the property but they turned it down. The next day he confessed to another two murders at Crawley's same workshop. Police confronted him with receipts from his sales of items including a service revolver that was later used to dispose of both victims.
