PEDs Can Make Sport More Entertaining

Imagine you are a sprinter from a poorer country with no national athletics programme. You can't afford to eat expensive food or buy supplements and you train in your normal gym. But you do have access to a cheap and easily available PED. In a scenario like this, RPDs really the unfair advantage or is coming from a rich country the unfair advantage? I would guess it is a money thing. And finally, professional sport is about entertainment and PEDs can make sport more entertaining. With bigger, faster, stronger athletes reaching the highest levels of human achievement.
