Richmond's new book is about helping people to change their habits. He says the most important thing is to stick it on to a behavior that you are already doing. The first and second books had him work up an idea over ten to 12 pages. In this what my challenge was, were wrong? And can you put all that in one page? Can you distil the absolute essence of what a person at home needs to know in order to do that behavior? I've given people forty or 55 minute health snack options. That's it.
