Zamak is a metal alloy and it's usually made in China. But now I'm working with a company to actually write an article about this. They have developed clean sourcing if you like, so they know exactly where the sourcing is made. And they also have a recycling of the Zamak now because it's a very specific alloy,. So there's just not the waste stream with aluminum. The beauty about Zamak is not like aluminum or other metal. You won't degrade over time, you will still be shiny.
