The Different Cultures of Florida
In 2018, according to CDC.gov, 30.6% of the population claimed to be Hispanic or to have Hispanic origins. Spanish then is the native language for many in Florida. The second most common language at home here is French Creole, French, and Portuguese. In California, there's a stereotype that Florida is a state where people go to retire.
