Anxiety, you're allowed to do that. I don't like encourage it and go down a rabit hole. The next thing i do if like nothing really helps and i'm feeling really, really shoody, i make sure to talk to some one. Like i have to talk to someone, whether it's calling my mam or texing my friends,. Just like leaning on people and being able to talk it out. If you really can't talk it out with yourself and your head, instead of making it worse and having yourself go crazy, talk to someOne else.
