Yoga Teacher Certification

There's a lot of overlap between those worlds and how people are teaching that have trained in the insight meditation world. Some parts of the mindfulness world aren't clear themselves on whether they are teaching darma, or they're teaching some kind of seculara modern, friendly version of meditation. So to me, that there's there's the mindfulness question as welland how that relates to darma. Hard to avoid with these things.
