Stock Market Outlook - Is There a Recession?

The benchmark stock index, the standard and poorest 500, fell 2.7% last week. That's its third week in a row that it was down - from its high this year on February 2nd when it had a total year-to-date return of 9%. The market is just climbing a wall of worry as it does in every new bull run. Our view is that the bull market that started last October can continue even if the US policy rate settles at about five and a quarter and stays there for a while.
