Is There a Time for Micromanaging?
There is a time for micromanaging when, you know, there's high stakes and those types of things that's important to be in the details. In many cases, managers who are really, really great on their own, they end up becoming bottlenecks because they feel like they have to be in control of every single decision. And so it's okay that we're going to do that. Then the main thing is to own the outcome and then to make decisions that improve and improve the business in the long run.
