Ferriss: I think that was where it's like a perfect example of the audience of like, finding points of leverage. And so if you can find a way to make someone a million dollars, you can charge 250 grand, right? He says he looks for three things in his employees and portfolio companies. Ferriss: The first one is do we believe this person is unimpeachable character? Would we be proud to associate with this person on and off the field? Then they're the values of the company. It's hard to give advice because humans can't differentiate.
