Some fintex seem to be convinced that if they had up with a bank, then this does not apply to them. Tis tartula has not been issued to the banks at all. I think no regulator would probably agree to this argument. And although i am seven years away from regulation, even the mind set of the regulator probably thatsasa argument that i would also put across. But very clearly, the way in which it got implemented, i don't think it applies to banks.
