Airbnb - What's the Difference Between Renting and Owning?
I've been looking at Airbnb's here in like Philly Especially like downtown Philly and when you start looking at a most metropolitan areas these days there's companies like Sonder front desk I'm forgetting the name of some of the others, but they're kind of like they're dominating in kind of this space. And so it's been interesting to me to see that dichotomy when you're going to metropolitan areas looking at the difference between Things that are obviously part of an aggregated exposure to the Airbnb space versus people individually renting. The sort of joke now is like you you pay a cleaning service to come do with the Airbnb But you have to clean the house first like the when I came to this
