I've Done More Planning
Early days, for sure, I was winging it. Recently though, especially in the last year, because things have just grown to the point where you need more planning. If something comes up out of nowhere that I didn't anticipate, but it seems like it would be a good thing to add and it makes sense, then I'll actually oftentimes prioritize doing that over maybe what else I had planned at the time. It's also still value and being flexible enough to incorporate new things out of nowhere.
