The environment when we are environment and detoxification pathways are out of balance can also lead to a child's, you know, increased inflammation. Stress, sleep, social and spiritual health, lack of real social connection, increased negativity is all there. So I have my patients go down a list. Whenever they're hungry, focus on tons of vegetables, clean protein and healthy fats. And that's what I've also taught to my children also. Vegetables, cleanprotein and healthy fats helps them focus on the foods that they should be eating.
