PM: I want to dive a bit more into how spirituality and PM have combined for you. And then maybe we could explore how you feel that spirituality has combined with the Zetto cast to form something different. Sure. Well, first off, that story about creating always mindful is hilarious. That I think a lot of young people have that, where like I've read a couple of books on stoicism or Buddhism and I'm just like, like yeah. Well, it's as seems to be the Buddhism of today for a lot ofyoung people. It's fun.

Bob Doto, for the past 20 years, has worked with writers, spiritual aspirants, yogis, teachers, knowledge workers, teaching courses on Zettelkasten, PKM, social media, and spirituality. He is a past mentor on Building a Second Brain. Bob has been blogging since 2003 and publishing zines on and off since the early 90s. He's the author of four books and writes a newsletter called the High Pony which features weekly insights on the creative process, spiritual practice, personal knowledge management, and productivity.
