The 'Bitcoin' Crisis in Central America

The Central American Bank for Economic Integration (BCIE) is accompanying El Salvador in this new innovative policy of adopting the cryptocurrency called Bitcoin for legal use. Some of the founding countries include Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua and Costa Rica,. Non-founding regional countries, Panama, Dominican Republic and then non-regional countries, Mexico, Cuba, Taiwan, Argentina, Colombia, Spain, Republic of Korea.
