How Fast Have You Been Innovating at My Tech?

The pace of innovation, just in the ten years i've been here is certainly escalated. We gat a big reorganization last year, and part of that was establishing much more robust by research and development. There's always going to be some human interaction there, but it's also going t g still says that engineers hare ben in need of coming into the work force. I see people geting caught up on that, having to learn on the job.
