Zenefitz Customer Reputation Management - What's Your Role?
One of the things that we did really early on in my tenure is we wondered about brand and brand equity. We decided to go collect data. And kind of what came out of that was the fact that Zenefitz actually has a really strong brand. It's a company that is very well recognized. The customer feedback, whether they are aZenefitz customer or whether they would at some point consider being a Zenefitz customer, is actually quite strong and positive.
