Do You Prefer the Traditions of Men to the Commandments of God?

It seems to me that the way Jesus reasons, he implies that God does not speak by means of these developing traditions. So this is the way that I think Jesus' own way of acting and arguing undermines traditionalism. On the one hand, you have a tradition which has some authority behind it. He disregards it entirely. But on the other hand, Jesus presents the positive teaching. You should not prefer the traditions of men to the commandments of God.
