Is there any talk of guiding towards when you're when you think you'll be cash flow positive or is that premature at this point? I feel confident in our strategy with our current debt providers and we're forefront is not sitting on a lot of like free and clear owned assets where we can go do more sale lease back type activities. It's 100% a relationship driven competency. And it's a hard thing to come by as everyone's, you know, very aware right now.
