How to Choose a Good Rehab Program for Tendonopathy

In elite sport, or recreationally competitive sport, we do struggle with patients. The most important thing is to make sure that it's individualised. You can pick a program that's evidence-based, but it's individualising it to the person. It's finding those balances and those nuances in how to progress the load that I think is the most important. And then it's actually convincing patients to do it, because let's face it, it's bloody hard work doing rehab for, you know, three, four times a week for a long time.
