And really there's a collection of processes like things that they repeatedly do in which the members of that team come together and collaborate to produce some sort of valuable output at the end. The big picture solution is to name these things, but which of these do we should we really be doing? Cal Newport: I just know so many I'll say managers managers of knowledge workers even don't have the head for this and aren't ready to tackle this unfortunately.
